Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You may return any item sold by Suavecito, Inc., for a full credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Replacement product will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need new product right away we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Item(s) must be in new, condition with original packaging. We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. In all other cases, a return postage fee will apply.
